Such precious babies!

this was my favorite of all the images I took today. The Canon EF 50mm f/1.8...my cheapest lens remains my favorite dog and cat lens. The focal length is just about perfect for getting close, but not too close, and it is extremely sharp. And here are four of the five pups I had to shoot: http://www.pbase.com/canondp/image/55264667

Nice shot. Prime lenses tend to be very sharp. I also have a 50mm/F:1.8 and get very good results with it.
