Sheri's Action (CS version) + a little bit of buZZ Simplify!
What I've learned with a little experimentation. You have to start with an image that is not too colorful because the action will make it colorful! I had to tone down the black and white so it wasn't too dominant. It's seems the marriage of Sheri's action plus buZZ Simplify is a union made in heaven!
