Do you have "mature" vision? I sure do. I have begun scanning my favorite recipes and enlarging them before I print them. I place them in transparent sheet savers which I can sponge off when they get food all over them. This recipe was scanned from my precious 1963 copy of the Joy of Cooking. It is my favorite Caesar Salad dressing. The tarragon is absolutely vital!
