May have sharpened this us just a bit too much after noise reduction using some of Noel Carboni's "dSLR Tools Photoshop Actions" which I learned about on one of the dpreview forums. Learn more about them here: http://actions.home.att.net/dSLR_Tools.html I did buy them ($15) and used several on this image. For those of you unfamiliar with the high ISO performance of the Sony DSC F717...it's quite noisy...lots of colored splotches on it. Noel has quite a lot of written explanation for how to use the actions.
