The original of this image was an exercise to get good exposures outside and inside by combining two images. The inside image was shot with flash and was a big light and there were also telltale flash reflections off shiny surfaces. I covered up a few with an airbrush set to 10% opacity on the table in the middle and by using a borrowing copy of a section of the lamp pole and pasting lower down on the pole. I finished with a curves adjustment as indicated by this screen grab.
