This is a screen grab of Adobe's Raw Converter in PS CS2 after I made a few minor adjustments. You are supposed to do most of your editing in the converter, but I seem to prefer tweaking in Photoshop after it's been converted.
I don't know how much this will help you but using Photoshop CS2's raw converter which I have set for auto corrections, this picture was way overexposed, so I moved the slider to the left to tone down the brightness. I also used the built-in tool to straight the horizon. It will open up correctly in PS. I greatly increased the contrast. I chose to do the rest of the corrections in PS. Click on "next".
