Mountain photography has to be among the most frustrating because clear days are very rare...and they're usually very cold and windy! This picture has several problems - haze, lack of contrast, and large aperture which seems to have cut down on the area of focus. Only the leaves at the bottom of the image seem to be in sharp focus. A smaller f stop would have helped the area of focus. Click on "next" to see the results of my experimentation with it.
