As promised! Very good! I only made half the recipe because I didn't have enough strawberries, and cooked it for 5 minutes less...it should have been cooked for the full 35 minutes. The batter wasn't cooked through. Note the small portion. I'm trying to be good! Update: Was just putting the recipe away and noticed I left out the 2 tsp of baking powder. No wonder the top was so flat! Argggggggggh.
