I put this together to post in the church where we exercise. (The French Broad Baptist Church--French Broad is a river) The clown in the bikini tee-shirt, by the way, is married to a retired pastor! We're a lively bunch and the 45 minutes of exercise goes very quickly with all the gabbing and giggling that goes on.
