All comments for improvement appreciated. On a tripod, with 1.4 extender. (I did forget to tune off IS). May be a little soft because of that?

Pretty hard to improve on this one. I think it's pretty terrific! Nice bokeh in the background. If you want the bird sharper you can select just inside the body and use unsharp mask only on that. (I said just inside so you don't wind up with a white halo around the edge of the bird.) Isabel
