Voila! Now that tower may look a bit squash. A simple pull on the top of the transform outline and you can make it even closer to the original. I might even think about selecting a skinny rectangle of the sky at the top and using edit>transform>distort and stretching it out since removing part of the sky ruined the composition a bit!
