Virtual Painter is a plug-in for Paint Shop Pro (also works with Photoshop and Elements and Adobe compatible programs). It has several media choices. Not very complicated. Fun to use. I had bought it several years ago and wasn't using it, until Jasc sent an email mentioning that they wanted people to contribute pictures done with it...I sent them a couple and realized I didn't have the plug-in any more. Mentioned this to them and they checked my records and sent me the file again. Nice company.
