Used a desaturation of the yellow in Hue/Saturation in Photoshop (can also be done in PSP) I removed some of the yellow, which seemed to be the predominant case. I then removed some noise with Neat Image with the A80 ISO 400 profile that I made from cloud pictures (Luminous Landscape has a nice tut on how to do this...see files area of Digipets). Lastly I used unsharp mask at 150-.5-4 to try to crisp up the blurry image.
