Boxelder Bug, Leptocoris trivittatus, family Corizidae. One of the true bugs of the order Hemiptera. Feeds on vegetation or seeds and is scentless (as opposed to stink bugs). Likes to find warm, dry places as cold weather approaches, as do many other insects.
Nice photos. Bob http://www.origins.tv/entomology/mainmenu.htm
