"Inside" a canning jar

Southern California

Orange peels and vinegar left to marinate for a minimum of two weeks to create a "green" cleaner. After the two weeks the vinegar is strained to remove the orange peels and water equal to the amount of strained vinegar is added to complete the cleaner. I also add some rubbing alcohol so the solution dries faster when using it to wash windows.

Hummmm...I never heard of this cleaner. Must smell divine. I couldn't use it on the granite - vinegar is a no-no. I use a mix of alcohol, ammonia and a few drops of dish liquid for my windows and it's absolutely streak free. I love it. I use newspapers to wipe it off. (Good idea to wear gloves or you get black hands!)

Good seeing, Judith. I really like this. It's an image that requires a bit of thinking.
