I have one exactly like that and forget to use it. It's probably buried under a lot of other tools. I'm going to go now and put it on the top of the pile. We love Jarlsberg cheese and I buy a big piece in Sam's, cut it up and vacuum pack the smaller pieces in separate bags. Since I bought my Food Saver I haven't had cheese get moldy on me very much. I'm a bit nuts about how I handle cheese once it's open. Never put it on the cutting board without a piece of paper under it. I keep my subdivided pieces small so they get eaten fast and don't have a chance to get moldy.
