I selected the background and applied Motion Blur to it in Photoshop. I had a bit of ghosting of Wyndi and can only assume that it was because my selection brush was feathered too much. Wound up putting the background on a separate layer before I did the motion blur. Found the motion lacked definition (I can't think of another way to describe it.) so added a bit of Topaz Simplify and sharpened it a lot, then applied some sandstone texture. (On my first try I had Wyndi with the Sandstone as well, but didn't like that. In the case of this edit I think the sandstone effect should be modified. It's a little to dominant.)
