I let it rise a bit too much in the oven - which was probably too hot - and I forgot to cover it with a damp towel. It was twice the size of my non-risen loaf in the prevous picture, and much lighter. Crust browned too soon. Had to lower temp and shorten bake time. Next time I will let it rise (or not rise) naturally I will not reduce the amount of flour as suggested in one of the reviews under the recipe. I guess I'm used the store-bought kind that is much denser, so I'm going to watching the rising time and not let it puff up so much.
