Robin's Easy Blackberry Cobbler

Very few things have I baked that are easier! I did lower the temp to 350° because I had read that you should do this with a glass baking dish. Found that it had to bake much longer at that temp than the 35 minutes called for at 375°. Delicious. Here's the recipe:

Preheat oven to 375°.
In a lightly greased 8" baking pan place 4 cups of blackberries (or blueberries)
Drizzle 1 tbsp of lemon juice over them.
Combine one cup all-purpose flour, one cup sugar, one large egg and mixed until it looks like coarse meal.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Drizzle 6 tbsp of melted butter over topping.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Wonder if this can be made using frozen blueberries.
