These photos are of the incredible Beth Hart, performing an acoustic show at "Live at the Lounge" in Hermosa Beach, California, on 6-21-2009. Beth was accompanied here by her band's extraordinary guitarist Jon Nichols. This was the first time I had seen Beth in an "acoustic" show and just like her full band electric shows, this one "rocked the house"... albeit a tad more "softly"! It was a great treat to hear Beth's powerful and distinctive voice showcased more prominently here and acoustic versions of her usually full out electric "rockers". Beth is one of THE most exciting female vocalists/songwriters performing today, as was evidenced by the enthusiastic applause and cheering by the audience at this show!
