2008 September UT Valley of the Gods RA

The Valley of the Gods Recreation Area (VOGRA) lies west of Route 163 and north of the village of Mexican Hat. The road through the VOGRA also ends up at the Mogi Dugway Road.

The major structures are not connected to others, they stand alone. The area is realtively flat with many washes crossing the road. Vegatation is quite sparse. A common thread with the other Parks is the redness of the soil.
