2008 September UT Goosenecks SP

Utah's Goosenecks SP is on the San Juan River. The San Juan originates in Colorado, flows through NM, AZ and Utah, into the Goosenecks and then west from Goosenecks and becomes part of Lake Powell. It joins the Colorado further west in Lake Powell near the Rainbow Bridge.

The elevation of the overlook is about 5000 and the river elevation is 4000.
