Flagstsff will be our last stop before we go to Tucson and temperatures of almost 110º. Sort of like "dawdling" in our camper. We leave Green River for Bluff, UT. This will an overnight stop and then on to Flagstaff. Our route takes us by Arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Moab UT, Monument Valley on the Navajo Nation, Kayenta, Tuba City, Flagstaff to Pine Grove CG, south of Flagstaff. Our biggest problem on this leg was not turning into Monument Valley. The truck got very ill-natured when we did not make the turn at the intersection that goes to the Tribal Park. I promised it we would come back very soon. Proceed ing on through Kayenta and Tuba City, we got into Pine Grove CG in the early pm. The Pine Grove CG is among large Ponderosa Pines. Even the slightest breeze makes a soft calming sound.

We got home on August 4 to a broken air conditioner.

The entire trip was outstanding. We saw many different places, scenery and historical sites. We thank the Great Spirit for guiding us safely for the whole trip.
