The other state school in town is Buffalo State. You may remember my mention of the University at Buffalo, especially regarding my son Ben's Baja Team. The other state school in town is Buffalo State University. I remember it as Buffalo State Teachers College, but that was years ago, before the trees in this shot were not much bigger than seedlings.

We are very fortunate to have these two schools in Buffalo. Actually, with UB, Buff State, Canisius, Niagara and a selection of other good universities, Buffalo offers it's young people great educational opportunities.
