I grew up in the country on the top of one side of a deep valley. When I looked out my window I saw greens and blues, wonderful natural colors and, often, animals playing next to the pond in the front yard.

As an adult in the city this is now my view.

What a different perspective on life is born from this vantage.

Oh boy, do I know what you mean, I grew up with this kind of view and now have a field full of wildflowers behind my yard, I would never, ever go back, I feel for you my friend. When I visit my brother who still lives in South Buffalo, I get claustrophobic, big time!

It takes a long time to get used to the change, I know that. This is a very poignant view, being all dark inside. I like it a lot.
