I agree with the previous comment about it being a postcard like shot. There's a striking purity to the colours; the stark whiteness of the snow, the slate/blue of the walls, the brown of the tree trunk, and even the splash of red hanging below the wreath on the wall of the house. Again the snow tend to amplify and emphasise the shapes of the branches.
