I spent most of my photography time this week preparing for my gallery showing that opens April 3rd at Buffalo Big Prints Gallery on Allen Stret. Never realized how much attention one of those required!

Today, Sunday March 15, was the first weekend day of Spring like weather we've had in Buffalo this year. It was sunny with a bright blue sky and temperatures in the 50's. I got my bike out and rode to the office (about 10 miles each way) for my first bike ride of the year. I spent 3 1/2 hours at the office but meandered home enjoying the day we were given. I got home and Elaine mentioned she was concerned as I had called from the office and (she said) told her I would be an hour (it usually takes about 45 minutes for the 10 miles on my bike). Well 2 hours later I arrived. Just diddly pooping in the Spring sun. I actually saw flowers sprouting in a neighbor’s yard!

This photo I took yesterday of this old Laub building on Clinton Street in Buffalo. It is a warehousing distribution facility that appears as if most of it warehousing and distributing has long ago been warehoused and distributed. Impressive mammoth cement letters spelling out the company's name is what drew my attention to the place.
