This actually is more like a median than a park,
but the neighborhood takes care of it very well.
The city does not maintain this; if it were up to
the city it would be overgrown and strewn with debris.
The neighbors mow, rake leaves, trim the trees and
supply the trash receptacles and even placed the bench
and bricks. Maybe, this is how it should be? Could it be that
we tend to depend on the government for too much?
