Finally

Well it seems my little ear problem
if finally drifting into my past.
Thank goodness because getting dizzy
every time I tilted my head just sucked.
I know I should not complain about
a little vertigo, but it was freaky.
Today was much better and I was
just a bit dizzy a few times.
It is amazing to me that something
as tiny as a grain of sand in the
wrong place inside your ear can
just throw the whole system out of whack.
That is actually the allegory I would like
to bring forward to your attention today.
Sometimes the smallest thing being out
of place can toss out everything.
When you are out of balance,
your whole world is out of balance.
Sometimes it can be as small as a grain of sand
and sometimes it can be as large as a dump truck.
Life constantly teaches us new lessons
and if we miss them, life keeps trying to teach them.
Kind of like the one this morning.
As I left my door this morning this flower greeted me.
It was very nice to be able to water the lawn
and to also water this plant growing at my door.
It was just life reminding me a lesson I know well.
No matter how cold the winter, spring will come.
And when it blooms it will be all the more beautiful.
Last summer was an awfully cold winter for me.
And yet here is the spring, springing away.
Viva La Spring!
