I met Monte only in the shutterbug magazine, i always cut the clippings as my references and its been a long time since i bought a back issue of the magazine. I met Monte back in the early nineties. His Note Book was an inspiration and a bundle of info. Monte was always approachable. Monte's web site is in my favourites,but it has been a while since I last browsed and I was saddened by his passing.
