Great gallery, great family! It's amazing to see these 40 year old pictures with allmost perfect colors, like they were shot yesterday. Its like a time machine! :-) Thanks for sharing!!

This is just a terrific gallery Zane! I enjoyed,immensely,looking thru these photographs. The degree of nostalgia contained in these is really amazing--and I'm not even a friend or family member. So, how long has this gallery been hiding here? Nice stuff and very much like our own historical photos. I'd guess from the dates that you're about 1 year younger than me. I was living in the other Washington (DC) in '55 and we had the coolest '55 2-door Chevy. Something about the way that engine purred. We (dad) drove it across the states and I can still vaguely remember bits and pieces of that wonderful trip which ended up in Long Beach California. Fun to look through these! bob
