Wild Horse Monument

I-90 near Vantage, Washington

A 'Work in Progress' The wild horses, which are made of welded steel plates, are the work of Spokane artist David Govedare.
The Wild Horse Monument is on the east side of I-90 at Vantage, WA.
When completed a large basket will appear behind the last horse.
The monument depicts the legend of 'Grandfather Cut Loose the Ponies'.
