In March 2004 we spent a month birding in Southeast Asia. We traveled ~3 weeks with Borderland Tours seeing the spectacular flora and fauna of Malaysia and Borneo, especially its birds and mammals. Prior to this we spent a week in Singapore, not only adjusting to various changes (e.g., time zones, temperatures, humidity), but also eating, birding, eating, shopping, eating, birding, eating, eating, eating, etc. Those hawker centers and food courts in Singapore are amazing!
