Super-accurate color renditions here: the grey cat,Studley, looks perfect in terms of fur color and eye color: the black-painted wicker chair looks accurate; the arms of the wicker chair and the pale blue house siding's color are both excellently rendered. This scene was shaded by an overhanging roof, and the highlight across the front of the chair is from the evening sky's light. To me, this is absolutely, positively dead-on color rendering--not exaggerated, not too subtle, but dead-on accurate. This was shot 70-200 VR at 1/10th of a second at f/3.2 hand-held at 200 millimeter zoom. As you can see, the moon is already out.
