I wanted to see how well the 70-200 performs at Minimum Focus Distance,so I set the lens to its MFD and gently rocked back and forth to try and get the spider into the best focus. Persistent wind gusts made this a real challenge. I selected f/6.7 and got 1/250,and I really wanted to keep the speed at at least 1/250,since the doggone daffodil was constantly rocking back and forth in the gusts and when there's this much magnification,I like a fast speed to ensure against subject blur.
