Not much happening on this day. Sucky light, lots of sea spray. Very few people. I met a lovely lady named Dana and talked with her for a bit. Gave a quick 10-minute photo lesson to Sony NEX 6 shooter and photo student Laurie, from Los Angeles. Talked with a lady from Seattle whose kids were frolicking in the surf for a while. At day's end I made a few pictures of Bjorn and Dorota (Dorothy), Luxembourg residents who are from Denmark and Poland originally. Even though the light was dull and uninspiring, and even though there was not a lot going on, I managed to make a few interesting photos. I processed a number in a very desaturated, almost monochrome look called "Hawaii 5-O". Drove home, got 27 MPG on avg.. Cannon Beach is a fairly easy drive.
