Wednesday is my fishing day, delighted with a 9lb salmon on the fly and delighted to share it as my picture for today (thanks to my wife Marj for talking the shot). My best knife now sees the beast cleaned, filleted, skinned, pin boned and fried with ginger, garlic, coriander and seasoned with soy, vinegar and lime juice - 3 hours from river to table, stop drooling !!.
