The fact that the BBC are showing Steven Spielberg's 'Warhorse' tonight
made me think about this old 'Earl Haig' photograph that I took while
visiting Edinburgh Castle esplanade in April 1980!
I returned a few months ago with the intention of taking a similar
image only to find that the statue has now been removed.
No choice then but to use the original even if it is 34 years old!
