I learned a few years ago about a mausoleum dating from the 1870's
that was built into a hillside a few miles from my home.
The tomb was left to become overgrown to thwart the grave
robbers who were operating around Edinburgh at that time and
has been largely forgotten ever since.
It came as a bit of a surprise then when I stumbled across it while
taking a shortcut home through woodlands earlier today!
