Binndi Irwin misses hugs from her father
From our ANI Correspondent
London, May 31: Late crocodile hunter Steve Irwin's widow, Terri, feels that their daughter Bindi misses hugs from her father the most.
Terry has realised that Bindi is longing for the love, affection, and attention she used to get from her late father.
"I think it's really starting to sink in with Bindi that Steve isn't coming home. That is really starting to hit her. It's sinking in more and more each day," the Sun quoted her as saying.
"I also know that one of the things that Bindi misses most about her dad is his hugs - she's just missing that love and affection and attention," she added.
She stresses that the most terrible moment she now has to face is Bindi's upcoming birthday on July 24, when she turns nine.
Terri says that Bindi and Steve had a very close relationship, and that her husband's absence is likely to make the celebration of the little girl's birthday a bit difficult.
"Robert's birthday last year was the hardest thing I have ever done because I wanted it to be a celebration and not sad. But Bindi's birthday will be even tougher because she had such a close relationship with Steve," she says.
"The father-daughter thing is so intense. I'm hopeful but I know it's going to be tough," she added
