Camille Allen Exhibits at Dubai Doll Festival July 9 - 23, 2009
Camille Allen will be attending and exhibiting at the Doll Festival in Dubai's Festival Centre for two weeks in July. The festival includes 15 doll artists from around the world and also features live sculpting demonstrations. Camille has been sculpting for months to prepare for the show, and will unveil many new one-of-a-kind creations.


Dubai is the most populous city of the United Arab Emirates located on the Persian Gulf. It is renowned for its man-made islands shaped like palm trees visible from space, and is home to the world's tallest building.

"Bethany" is a Limited Artist's Edition of 5 babies in resin by Camille Allen. She measures 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) and has brown hair.


Bethany started out as a one-of-a-kind sculpture in clay by Camille Allen, taking weeks to complete her tiny details. She was then cast in a high quality flesh colored resin by a master moldmaker. Each of the 5 babies in the edition were then hand painted and finished directly by Camille Allen.


Bethany comes with her crochet hat, diaper and dress (by Le Petit Chapeau), Photo Certificate of Authenticity signed by Camille Allen, as well as miniature baby birth certificate that can be personalized with a name and date of your choice, as well as miniature baby items.
