The second is a shot of contaminated material that fell from the roof onto the unprotected public sidewalk because of the was no protection used on this project. This is one of the larger pieces and the foot is for scale but there are thousands of smaller pieces laying on the sidewalk today foot is for scale.

While I would agree that asbestos isn't always that big a deal I stand by the assertion that in this case the size location and way the project was handled is cause for some concern.
