Shortly after noon time we arrived in the Ankara, the capital of Turkey, also the country's second largest city after Istanbul. I thought I wouldn't see the change of guard because we just missed one. But, it was my lucky day. During the free time to walk around the grand courtyard and to visit the Mausoleum of Kemal Ataturk, the first president and founder of the Turkish Republic, I walked along the Road of Lions to photograph the statues at the end of it (actually it's the entrance). And there they came - the change of guard just took place before my eyes.
