The female came back to the nest at shift change like usual. The male left. Then instead of getting in the nest, she set there, looked around a lot and screamed. Then she flew off and flew around for awhile before setting on a branch away from the nest. This never happens when the eaglets are a week old. I am not sure what was wrong. I probably could have cropped closer for the resolution here. But I could not crop anymore for the 1280X906 resolution I normally use. In the fire along with my camera, cokin filters, etc I also lost use of my teleconvertor. I really need it for this and hope to have it before they leave the nest.
