Another shot of the Hill - I'm moving out of this neighborhood tomorrow so I thought it fitting. To get the effect I converted to b&w in channel mixer (100% red), colorized in hue/sat and played with the hue/sat until I liked the tone, and then used the diffuse glow filter to get the glowing effect.

Beautiful shot of the Hill. I like how you've blurred the walkway and background. Conversion to sepia gives it a timeless feel. Well done.
