Above the low clouds and below the high clouds, but seeming so close you can almost touch them! Standing 13800 feet above the ocean surface. Nice choice of viewpoint and composition. I wonder if the folks that work in the observatories take the time to see daytime vistas such as this. I'm glad the roadway is still accessible (pretty treacherous coming down, though).
