I was given up for adoption in 1972 by Lelia Gertrude Bolton. I was born 10/8/1972. Her father was George Freeman Bolton and her mother was Margurite Estlelle Carr Bolton. Lelia' s siblings were Mary Donna Bolton Beardsworth, George Freeman Bolton II , and William "Bliss" Bolton. Margurite passed in 1985 due to a heart attack. George Freeman Bolton had a stroke in 1987 and passed in 1993. George Freeman Bolton II in 2010 and William Bliss Bolton passed in 2017. There are some children from the siblings. Mary Donna had children I know of her daughter Donna Jo Morris and a son named Richard Beadsworth. George Freeman Bolton II had two daughters I have spoke to both. There is Jennifer Bolton Hughes and Elizabeth "Betsy" Bolton. I am so much like Betsy. William Bliss Bolton may or may not have had a daughter but all I have found is that a Shannon Bolton lived with him. I have searched from the age of 18 because that is how the laws were in 1972. I am 46 in the year 2018 If there is anyone that can help me I would be very much greatful. I have gone far back as the 1700's and am now at a standstill.

Hello Della Barbara Earls married Michael Bolton in Moyrus Church Carna in 1878 and they lived in Errisbeg West, Roundstone, Galway. Barbara was born in Dooyeher, Carna Galway and is the sister of my great grandmother Bridget Earls. I am building a tree on Ancestry.com and I hope you will not mind if I use some of these wonderful pictures.

My Grandfather was Michael Bolton, Roundstone, Ireland, My mother Ellen Bolton, told me that the Bolton family came from Yorkshire area. I have a lithograph dated July 16, 1785 of Bolton Castle, Yorkshire by S. Hooper. Not sure when Bolton family name first appeared in Ireland. See Bolton Castle on WEB. Michael J. Regan

I think I have a copy of one of the older pictures. My mom was Edith Simoncini in Latrobe. Her sister married a Topeka, and I know the Virgili's married into the Topeka family. Grandmother Dahlia "Della" Virgili Bolton is the picture I have.

Hi What wonderful family photos! How I wish we had some like this. Did your Bolton family originally come from England? I have researched my Boulton or Bolton family back as far as Purton Wiltshire England. But feel sure that all the Bolton famlies must have originally came from Lancashire England. Darlene shared the site with me and I enjoyed seeing photos of my Aunt Della, my Mom's sister, and my cousins. You did a terrific job in capturing some family history and it was touching to see the relatives that we haven't seen for many years. My family and I met you in California June 1998 and had a wonderful luncheon with you, your sister and Mother. We were lax in keeping in contact but would enjoy to do it now. My name is Marianne Balotta Virgili. Della Virgili was my husband's aunt. It is wonderful to see the historic Virgili documents on this web site. I also love the photos. My niece Stephanie (her mother is Dolly Virgili Mirarck) looks very much like Della did.
