Actually, bulemics do not look emaciated and sick, always, that's anorexia. Most bulemics are normal weight( I'm doing a documentary on body image and have done tons of research on ED's). I was trying to convey the pressure on women to be judged only by their physical beauty, which can spur, but does not cause, ED's( there are so many reasons women develop eating disorders, including family issues, control, chemical imbalances, peer pressure, and the media).
My thought behind these series is at first glance they are beautiful images until you see what the price of this beauty is( binging, starving, drugs, whatever). I'm not glamorizing it, just kind of poking fun at the modeling industry.
Cheers

You are a very talented photographer, without a doubt, but the message you are sending here is SO wrong! You should have someone who looks emaciated and sick, like bulemics really do, not beautiful and sexy like this girl.

Really love this pic, but as an add it makes bulemia look cool.

She's gorgeous. Is this an ANTI bulemia add? Maybe it sends the wrong message.
