We got to Disneyland by Eurostar and it took 3 hours. We were in the Chunnel (underwater) for about 30mins, scary! |
Clint and Al strolling through the hotel we stayed at, Hotel Cheyenne. As you can guess, a Wild West theme.. yeehar cowboy! |
In our 'Wild West' themed room. Notice the spiffy bandana curtain and cowboy boot lamp!!! |
Another view of the room. Lucky Al got the bunkbeds. |
Wooohooooo...... riding the wagon on the hotel grounds.... umm, maybe not. |
One of Disneys hotels, The Newport. There was a total of 7 hotels, this one was a 5 minute walk away from the entrance. |
At the entrance of the park. We went off-peak season but still loads of people about. We had an average 5 min wait for rides. |
Our first picture in the actual park and all ready for action. |
Disneyland was divided up in 4 different 'lands', Frontier, Adventure, Discovery and this pic is part of Fantasyland. |
All three of us hanging out in a maze based on Alice in Wonderland. |
'Yoohoo, I'm smiling, but I really am lost....' |
A door in the maze more suited for Julie's height. |
Clints special card used in a card trick you all will no doubt see when we return to Oz! |
The Haunted House. Inside was a sort of mini rollercoaster/ghost train ride. Awesome..... |
Two rushed pics of the view of Frontierland and the rest of the park from Thunder Mountain Roller Coaster. |
It was the first rollercoaster we went on in the park, and it was damn good. |
Al packing his daks on the Big Thunder Rollercoaster. Hehe, just kidding. |
Clint and Al and the Indiana Jones roller coaster. Scary-ish as it was a going backwards the whole time. Did our necks in! |
Us, in front of the Swiss Family Robinsons Treehouse. It was amazing, so much detail in everything, worth every penny. |
Whoops, our only photo of Jas and Min in front of Skull Rock in Adventure Land. A shipwreck was on the left. |
Clint trying to pull out the excalibur from the movie 'The Sword in the Stone' |
 C'mon, you woooos, haaaarderrrr.........' |
Clint and Julie just HAD to go on all the rides, what's the point of going to Disneyland?! Sadly Al refused to go on this one. |
The impressive castle inside Disneyland. There were are couple of displays inside and a massive dragon in the dungeon. |
Evidently, Clint was having a fantastic time. 'I want to build this as our future kids cubby house'. |
The castle peaked out from the middle of the park, which was enormous. We covered the park in just over 1 day. |
Julie needed some warmth while waiting for Clint and Al who were on a ride, so she watched a bit of a kids show. |
2 pictures taken during a parade at the Disney Studio Park. Some Toy Story characters.. Don't you just love green army man?? |
Donald Duck, Clints hero... We were spewing we didn't get a photo of him and Clint together. |
Clint 'singing in the rain'..... We didn't take many pics in this park, which is a shame. It was just as good as Disneyland. |
We waited 30 minutes for a picture with Mickey Mouse...... |
....and an autograph.... for the kids of course!! Such a cutie! |
 Jules and Goofy. |
With Pluto... so cute. We were tempted to pull his tongue and tail. |
At a nighttime parade in Disneyland. Snow white and a dwarf, possibly Dopey? |
 Puff, the Magic Dragon. |
 A pink elephant. |
Big Ben? And the significance?? |
Cinderella in her Pumpkin Carriage. |
 Ducks. Wow. |
Alice In Wonderland, except, she's on a big bright mushroom this time. |
 Pinocchio. |
Pluto and the back of Minnie Mouse, where's Mickey?? |
 The Blue Fairy. |
