Autumn is 13 yrs old, 10 lbs, and has 2-3 teeth. Monty is 3 yrs old 75lbs and has a whole mouthful of huge choppers. Every now and then I buy these rawhide chews for them. I buy small ones for Autumn and big ones for Monty. Autumn, always takes her little one and immediately hides it and then goes back and sits down next to Monty ans stares at him while he chews the end of his big one. When he has the end soft and chewy she snatches it right from under his nose. She can't pick the thing up cause it is too heavy for her so she drags it a safe distance away and claims it as her own...she will chew it for hours. If I give Monty another one she hides the one she is currently gumming and goes and waits for him to get the second one just the way she likes it and snatches that one too. The only time she lets him have it back is if it gets hard again and he is only allowed to keep it until it is soft and chewy again. It is too funny to watch! I have to send poor Monty into boy childs room and shut the door with one she can't steal. Monty is so gentle with her he wouldn't think of snapping at her or steal it back.
